Another mile stone reached...

No more diapers in our house...for a few months at least. Bosty is now fully potty-trained day and night!!! We've gone one full week of no wet undies even during the night. And like his big brother it was a very easy process because he was finally ready. Now I have absolutely nothing to pack up before leaving the house...this is great.

This is the little guy playing in the potty which is one of his new favorite things to do.

This is him pretending that the toilet his is bed and the lid is his cover... gross...he's a total boy.

Oh, the JOY...

The JOY of waking up 90 minutes prior to the family, cleaning the kitchen from last nights homemade pizza, sweeping the floor and having sparkling counter tops prior to the birth of a new day.

The JOY of a 8 mile bike ride with Bosty and our sweet little friend that now visits a few days a week being pulled in the trailer...he's so cute I once again am thinking cannibalism isn't so bad.

The JOY of seeing Bosty's excitement as he tells me about his fun 90 minutes with his friends while learning something new.

The JOY of picking up Buster from school and having him run up to me and give a huge hug then watching him do the same thing to his brother.

The JOY of taking the boys to the library and listening to their giggles as they climb in and out of the massive letters playing hide and seek.

The JOY of coming home to hear Brandon say he'll take care of dinner tonight...what a pleasant surprise.

The JOY of having the windows open all day hearing the birds sing their songs of spring while the gentle breeze floats through the house. It just screams SPRING...a new beginning. I can't wait.

Today I am thankful for...

lots of tile in my house and leather couches. It is much easier to clean vomit up from these too surfaces. That nasty bug is still flying around our house and Boston was the latest person to get bit by it. Yuck.

OK, I think the rumor has been spread...

Yes, it's true another baby is on the way! I don't really know why I didn't post this earlier. Just felt like waiting till I was through some glitches. Ok to answer the questions that have been asked over the last couple of weeks...

1. Is this a surprise? Not really
2. How far along are you? 14 weeks
3. When are you do? Late September
4. Do you know what it is? Not yet...give me a few weeks and I'll find out
5. Do you think it's a girl? Have no idea
6. Do you want a girl? I'll take anything
7. Are your boys excited? As excited as little boys get. Although Boston thinks there is a baby in his stomach too.
8. Have you been sick? Yes
9. Do you have a name? No... I'm up for suggestions though!
10. Is this pregnancy different from the last two? Yes

So there it is...hopefully if you had a question or two you have an answer!

Why?

Why can't I get the desire to blog?
Why do I feel like there is a mega sick bug flying around our area?
Why is good health insurance so darn expensive?
Why does my three year old have no desire to be potty trained?
Why do I have no desire to cook as the weather gets warmer?
Why do I feel like I have so much to write about but can't decide what to write?
Why can't I stay up until 2am and wake up at 6am any more?

Someday I'll post pictures of our fun Saturday!

Cannibalism, is it so bad?

Have you ever wanted to eat a child? No, not necessarily due to hungriness but more to cuteness. Sometimes I feel like I can't get enough and just want to "eat 'em up" I thought this feeling would pass once their baby fat went away but apparently I'm a cannibal at heart and still want to eat up my almost six year old and three year old. Oh, I just love 'em and can't get enough of them. I know I'm blessed to have them.

Time flies when you're having fun...It's been a long time since I've written...Valentine's day was nice...every so romantic of course...remember romantic to one person might be something different to another, I got a clean kitchen and I'm not the one who cleaned it!

We've enjoyed watching Buster play soccer he seems to really like it. I told Brandon hopefully he'll want to play in high school...I remember the hottest and nicest guys were always the soccer players. There was one in particular but I won't go there...

Buster is pretty sick right now, high fever and really lethargic. He's took the day off of school today and I'm pretty sure he'll be home tomorrow too. Poor kid. It's pretty sweet to watch Bosty try to take care of his sick big brother he tries to sing to him but it just annoys Buster, it's pretty funny.

Ok time for bed
